the rooms were absolutely great and fairly quiet in general, with homely touches. climate control and thoughtful tea making facilities were standard, but i really enjoyed that.

I requested a renovated double room with climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge, and everything was in place; the staff was very accommodating.

Location: the hotel was very close to the train station in La Spezia, and bars and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and exceptionally nice, complete with kettle, complimentary breakfast and snacks, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

there was plenty of food for breakfast, it was great.

My room had an incredibly comfy bed, a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a nice writing desk. It was D: perfect for a relax stay!

Although breakfast was not provided, the complimentary snacks and beverages in our room were a lovely touch. Despite a small inconvenience with the limited warm water supply in the bathroom, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Gemma Delle 5 Terre. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

This place was a fantastic home base for our wonderful stay, just a short 5-minute walk from the train station.
